An organic process of growth brings the enjoyment of Saint Cocó to more people in different locations. Saint Cocó Headquarters is part of that evolution. At Saint Cocó HQ we roast only the highest quality Mexican beans to control the flavor of each cup.
Our master roaster, certified by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), handles, inventory, processing, purchasing, sorting roasting, and the staging process to deliver fresh beans to each of our clients, and locations on a daily basis.
Our digitized process allows us to standardize ideal roasting parameters for each type of bean without altering the farm to cup experience.
Our roaster and Esprofesso machines at each location are controlled remotely by a cloud-based software standardizing exact water pressure, temperature, and coffee weight for a perfect and consistent brew from cup to cup.
